The Nnamdi Azikiwe International airport, Abuja reopens a day ahead
of schedule after extensive repairs to the runway was carried out for
six weeks.
According to report, a test flight from Kaduna
international airport with the minister of state for aviation, Hadi
Sirika on board landed in Abuja on Tuesday morning.
Meanwhile in his tweet, Sirika expressed delight that the runway was ready before the deadline.
“Runway friction test, the final activity, concluded.
